The effects of 30 years of gaddafi terrorism, which resulted in a civil war, are going to be felt for years to come, but no doubt Libya today is far better off than when thid monster was in power. Like here in South Africa ,one will find in the whole of Libya just a few ( dangerous ) pockets of terrorists who long for 'their good old days' As here in SA, they will be defeated ! FOR SURE !!
