2012-11-10 20:01

Johannesburg - Seven police officers were killed in an ambush on Saturday in central Kenya as they attempted to arrest cattle rustlers, according to officials.

At least 20 officers sustained injuries in the attack, while 10 are missing, Capital FM quoted police officials as saying.

The cattle rustlers thought to be behind the ambush are accused of killing more than a dozen people in the past month.

Livestock theft remains a cause of violence in rural Kenya, with incidents often sparking retaliatory attacks.

My goodness! I thought terrorism was out of control in South Africa! Condolences to the families of the dead policemen. Looks like the Cattle Rustler terrorists have taken Kenya over.
