Harare - Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe says whites who are still in the country should go back to England, the reported.

Speaking in his home town of Zvimba, Mugabe vowed that those removed from land redistributed to blacks would never be allowed to return.

He also warned black Zimbabweans against partnering with whites in agriculture deals.

This comes after the Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition warned of a "democratic deficit" in the SADC under Mugabe’s chairmanship, Sapa reports.
"We strongly feel that SADC still has a role to play in Zimbabwe, especially in demanding urgent democratic reforms as provided for in the country’s new Constitution that came into force on 22 August 2013," it said in a statement.

President Robert Mugabe will be chair of the SADC until August 2015.

The coalition said it was grateful to the South African government for introducing a new "permit regime" for Zimbabwean migrants living in the country.
