Los Angeles – A 33-year-old man has forked out £60 000 (R950 000) on plastic surgery to look like Justin Bieber.

Toby Sheldon has splashed out on several cosmetic procedures in the past five years in a bid to look exactly like the 19-year-old singer, and he has even gone under the knife to have “smile surgery” to copy the Beauty and a Beat hit maker’s image.

He told Closer magazine: “It’s Justin’s smile that gives him his youthful look.

“My smile surgery took more than a month to recover from,” Sheldon added. “And after my eyelid surgery, I couldn’t open my eyes for a week.”

“My friends shower me with compliments. They even call me Toby Bieber.”
