Celtic were lucky against rivals FS Stars

2011-10-22 17:46

My beloved Bloemfontein Celtic were lucky to get three points on Sunday against archrivals Free State Stars. Celtic won the Free State derby 1-0.

It was bad to see the referee denying the visitors a point following their controversial goal.

The Bloemfontein lads defended throughout the match. They engaged in boring defensive tactics – the very tactics that caught up with them against Mamelodi Sundowns in
the dying minutes of the match they lost 2-1. The match, played at Loftus Versveld, was on September 27.

My team is in real need of a quality man in the middle of the park and a quality striker.

The management must stop selling players for now until we get some silverware. Please, Mr Jimmy Augusto (chairperson).

I would also like the team to get of Benedict “Tso” Vilakazi who doesn’t have a club right now to come help in the midfield.
