Warsaw – Police arrested a total of 184 people, mostly Polish fans, following clashes in Warsaw both before and after the Poland-Russia game.

Many of the arrests were made during a march by Russians fans to the National Stadium, when a group of about 100 hooligans stirred trouble in the streets of the capital.

Some 20 people were injured in the clashes, including 10 police officers, seven Poles, two Russians and one German.

Some 6 000 officers were on duty yesterday to provide security in the Polish capital before and after the match.
