Full speech – President Jacob Zuma at release of SA’s 20-year review

Scores of government officials, business executives, analysts and media personnel gathered at the presidential guesthouse in Pretoria today for the release of South Africa’s 20-year review document.

The report describes how South Africa has progressed in realising the objectives of reconstruction and development since the dawn of democracy in 1994, the presidency said in a statement.

The report will also reflect on problems still facing the country and how government can best address them as South Africa enters the third decade of freedom and democracy.
