Greenpark in Sandton was the venue for the Jameson party that ushered in SA Fashion Week on Wednesday night – and it was teeming with celebrities.

Sophie Ndaba and her tjatjarag cleavage were there. She was stuffed into skintight jeans while the girls were popping out in yet another low-cut top. She was bosom buddies with Thembi Seete, who couldn’t stop talking about how she just whipped her outfit together.

Yes, we could all see you did.

Boitumelo Thulo is very active in the social scene and it’s paying off. Her new slimmed-down body was encased in a textured blush Rubicon dress with a statement neckline. She looked stunning. If only she can change that hair!

Another starlet in Rubicon was actress and reality TV sweetheart Phuti Khomo. This woman’s pout pose needs to be curbed. Like Thulo’s short crop, it’s expired now.

Jay Anstey was there in a skintight, neon-lime dress by Gert-Johan Coetzee that could have perhaps been used as a glow-worm costume.

The party finally got under way, but it was more a chill session than a dance-till-you-drop type of gig. Even Black Coffee and Dino Bravo couldn’t get the guests on the dance floor.

Thank goodness for randoms?.?.?.?you know, those mystery girls in tacky outfits who shake what their mama gave them indiscriminately.

At least they made the circle bigger.
