I asked Moloi what his workout regiment consisted of. “I work out every day. I’m a big fan of weights, so four days a week I train a body part a day and stretch, then running and cardio make up the rest of my training week,” he responded. He trains for an hour or two on weight days and does 30 to 40 minutes on the treadmill or bike as part of his three cardio days.
