Jacob Zuma’s Umshini Wami on pause

2014-09-07 15:00

I now understand why President Jacob Zuma looks frail in his second term of office. The man looks exhausted and unable to sing Umshini Wami. His legal woes don’t help.

It’s a big lie that Cosatu boss Zwelinzima Vavi is conspiring against Zuma.

Vavi is simply against those who steal public money. Former Independent Electoral Commission chairperson Pansy Tlakula is gone, thanks to the courts.

Tlakula follows in the footsteps of Willem Heath, Menzi Simelane, Thembakazi Myaka and Jimmy Manyi, but Zuma still gets to dip into the taxpayers’ purse.
