Two Constitutional Court judges have filed a high court application to review a tribunal hearing into a complaint of misconduct against Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe.

The JSC tribunal was postponed indefinitely on October 8, following a request by Selby Mbenenge SC, for Jafta and Nkabinde, for the tribunal’s reasons to continue its hearings despite their objections.
