The X Factor South Africa

Saturday, September 6, 6pm

After months of auditions and shoots, The X?Factor South Africa finally comes to our screens. Social media has been buzzing since Andile Ncube was unveiled as the presenter of the show in June.

With a massive prize, including a recording contract with Sony Music Entertainment and R300?000 in cash, the stakes are high.

The brainchild of the UK’s Simon Cowell debuts with award-winning singer and songwriter Zonke, rock sensation Arno Carstens and record label head honcho DJ Oskido playing the role of mentors and judges. They have their work cut out for them as they decide who becomes Mzansi’s next big thing.

Oskido is there to lend a helping hand to nervous hopefuls, Zonke expects nothing less than the best and Carstens wants to be entertained.

For the contestants, auditions are a pressure cooker of nerves and adrenaline. From groups to soloists, let’s watch and see whose X factor will get them to the next level.
