Pansy Tlakula is a disgrace

2014-05-11 15:00

I cried on May 7. I don’t do this easily. But on this day I recalled former president Nelson Mandela. I remembered Mme Brigalia Bam and the late trade unionist and organiser for the ANC Women’s League, Mme Frances Baard who, by the way, was our neighbour in Mabopane.

I felt this way because the beloved country of Nelson Mandela, Walter Sisulu and Oliver Tambo has been corrupted by Zuma and his vampires.

I almost puked when I saw Pansy Tlakula in Nkandla with Jacob Zuma. Is the IEC chairperson not supposed to be nonpartisan? Or at least pretend to be?

But then again, as they say, birds of a feather flock together.

This woman is a disgrace and has no integrity. I thought of former IEC head Bam because she would have been at the results centre ensuring that all was going well. But at the same time, I understand why Tlakula had to be at Nkandla.

Her job is on the line and she has to get advice from the best graft dodger of them all: Zuma.

Cry, the beloved country.
