Rot won’t stay at bay

Despite concerted efforts made by civil society to combat corruption, it remains rife in SA Perceptions that South Africa is increasingly corrupt were already set when Corruption Watch (CW) was launched on Joburg’s Constitution Hill in January this year.

While the reports to CW are a small part of the story of corruption in South Africa, they do indicate certain trends and hotspots.
