2011-05-18 11:46

Twitter is abuzz with election fever. Some are sending proudly South African messages, reminiscing about the 1994 elections, while others focus on the lighter side of standing in queues on a public holiday:

1. @JamKi: My lil sister just asked me if it wouldn’t be nice if there was a drive-thru polling station, wow she’s onto something. #LGE2011

3. @Mooidev: RT @brendanjack: Don’t vote with your heart, rather use one of the free pens they provide. #lge2011 #SAelections
