JULIUS Malema’s lawyer has yet again failed to provide documentary

proof that he or any other attorney representing the ANC Youth League president

instructed the Companies and Intellectual Properties Registration Office (Cipro)

to remove him as a director of four companies.

ANCYL spokesperson Floyd Shivambu, who peppered his statements with

sarcastic attacks on reporters including a City Press journalist he referred to
