A 14-year-old girl allegedly killed her mother, stabbing her repeatedly with a

kitchen knife, after an argument about the family computer.

According to Vienna police, the teenager confessed to the crime but

said she had not intended to kill her mother.

Mother and daughter often argued, the latest one apparently

regarding the use of the computer, they added.

The victim’s husband and 12-year-old son found the body at the

family’s home in Vienna on Tuesday evening. Police later picked up the daughter

in a city park.

The teenager was taken into custody on Wednesday. She faces 10

years in prison if convicted.
