Don’t miss the annual “switching on” of the festive Adderley Street Christmas lights and the vibrant night market that goes with it.

With more than 180 stalls selling local crafts, food, jewellery, clothes, and plenty of home and garden accessories, your last-minute Christmas shopping will be a breeze.

Be entertained by local musicians on a number of stages around Adderley Street.

An additional Kiddies Corner will feature face painters, magicians, balloon benders and trapeze artists. From 7pm until midnight.

Catch The Parlotones this summer as they bid farewell to South African shores before heading off on their new adventure in Los Angeles.

This underground music event series takes place in South Africa, the US and the Netherlands, based on the idea that we are all one and connected in some way.

The exclusive day party for only 150 people starts at 2pm, followed by an official afterparty at Chukkachurri.

The day will be filled with sun, music, drinks and entertainment.

Party-goers can expect deep house, techno, minimal techno and techno house from DJs Diggin 4 Dodge, Floyd Lavine, Vanessa Holliday, Ian Skene, and Ross Winters.

Prime Circle are touring the country this month following the release of Evidence, their fifth album.
