Banting for women

2015-02-12 00:00

THE Banting magazine, Lose It!, has launched a website and introduced an original and affordable six-week meal plan designed specifically for women, who may find they are not losing weight as men do.

The online brand extension will provide informative and supportive online forums, an info-packed weekly newsletter, delicious recipes, the latest local and international updates on LCHF (low carb, high fat) and exercise tips.

Editor Suzy Brokensha said: “We had high expectations for the brand, but we’ve been overwhelmed by just how popular it has become. Even the demand for our back issues is unprecedented. This lifestyle choice just continues to grow in popularity and that is because it works. Our readers are extremely interactive and it was they who insisted on an increased frequency for the magazine [it is now bimonthly], as well as a website.”

With an introductory offer of just R600, the Ladies That LCHF (LTL) meal plan is reasonable and it is convenient. Most other plans start and end on specific dates, but with LTL, women can sign up for any Monday that is convenient for them.
