Cedara: SPCA pleased with calves health

2010-03-03 00:00

UNDERWEIGHT calves at the Animal Science Research Component of the Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Development Department at Cedara are looking a lot better.

Howick SPCA inspector Dudu Abraham told The Witness yesterday that during a follow-up visit to the calves, they had noticed an improvement in their condition.

The Witness reported last week that the SPCA visited the calves after complaints that they were in a poor condition.

“I am happy with their progress. They are looking lovely,” Abraham said.
