CHILD-carer Roshnee Hemraj (44), who faces charges arising from the accidental death of nine-month-old Saiyona Moonsamy at a crèche on July 29, is suffering from depression and needs time to be treated before she can stand trial.
She faces a charge of culpable homicide arising from the death of Saiyona, who was killed when Hemraj allegedly knocked her down with a car that she apparently thought to be in reverse gear, but which went forward instead. Ten other children were injured.
