EXCITEMENT is mounting ahead of the draw for the Win a Wedding competition, which is running in The Witness.

Winners will be selected from 10 finalists on Friday evening at the Bridal Extravaganza in the Olympia Hall, Royal Showgrounds. They will win a wedding for 100 people at the beautiful Shalwyn wedding and conference centre, with catering by Hamblin Hire, decor by Muirhead’s and draping by Kerry and Sherree.

There’s a beautiful designer bridal gown from Belle and Bravado, suit hire for the groom, wedding photography by Paul Henman and videography by Softlight media.

There is also stationery to the value of R5 000 from Speciality Papers, printing by Invitation Selection and hair and make up from Craik Spears. The prize includes a wonderful seven-night honeymoon at Windmills in the midlands, including two game drives, an afternoon at a spa and a game of golf. Wedding guests will dance to the sounds of Mega Music.

The new finalists drawn were Sara Jackson and Barry Joubert, who will be at the extravaganza on Friday evening when one of the 10 lucky couples will be chosen.

Entry forms are available at Shalwyn, Muirheads and in your Witness. Make sure that you enter and come to the Bridal Show tomorrow and Friday to increase your chances of being a winner. The show opens at 4 pm tomorrow and 2 pm on Friday.

Tickets are R30 and are available at the door.
