THE Scottburgh Magistrate’s Court has handed down another stiff sentence to a drunk driver, fining Mfanafuthi Mbhele R50 000 and suspending his driver’s licence for six months.
On July 10, the same court fined Kyle Hudson R45 000 for driving with a blood-alcohol level of 1,04 mg per 1 000 ml on the N2 near Scottburgh on March 22.
