DURBAN music lovers are in for a treat this weekend with several local artists performing at events around the city.

Jazz fans can catch well-known jazz maestro Don Laka, who will perform tracks from his latest album Poison at the Durban Bat Centre. The new album is an eclectic mix of Laka’s signature Kwaai-Jazz sound mixed with a poignant message about the dire plight of our planet.

Tickets for the concert are R120 from Computicket and R140 at the door.

Mango Groove will be performing hits such as Bang the Drum at Durban’s Botanic Gardens tomorrow. Tickets are available at the gate.

Dance enthusiasts can catch Under Construction Season II at Suncoast Casino this weekend. Tickets are available from Computicket.
