Give your lifestyle a boost with the Good Health and Wellness Expo

THE Good Health and Wellness Expo comes to Durban on October 26 between 9 am and 5 pm at the Westwood Mall, Westville. You can join other health fanatics on a day filled with enjoyment.

The event promises to get you healthier with a brand new lifestyle component as part of the show. The expo is a lifestyle exhibition organised and owned by public relations firm Fezekisa Communications.

The event will be attended by various hospitals, physicians and surgeons, as well as pharmaceutical, diet and nutrition, and fitness organisations, amongst others.

According to Thulisa Mangcotywa, the event organiser, “The aim of the expo is to provide South Africans with information vital to achieving good health and quality of life.”

Some of the main features, including the happiness theatre, day spa, yoga studio, will offer visitors a chance to spoil themselves with a pampering session, reinvigorate and re-energise their batteries, or experience an alternative therapy.

“Presentations will show innovative and interactive ways that will enable people to implement a more sustainable lifestyle.

“This is an excellent opportunity for a brand that strongly supports the values of healthy living,” Mangcotywa said.

Other highlights include eye testing and voluntary blood check-ups.

The Witness is giving away 10 double tickets to the Good Health and Wellness Expo.
