Heritage Academy inducts new principal

2014-08-21 00:00

CLIVE Lawler was recently inducted as principal of Heritage Academy by the school board at the school assembly.

Reynold Easthorpe, the board chairperson, thanked Job Sibiya for making a valuable contribution while acting as principal. Lawler also thanked Sibiya for his inputs made before he took up office.

Lawler previously taught at the school in 1998 and also previously served on the board. He said he was excited at the privilege of being able to serve the school community of Heritage Academy.

A media release from the school said Lawler comes with a wealth of experience in Christian education and leadership development, having served many other institutions such as African Enterprise, Heartlines, Azusa Pacific University, and currently serving as faculty member of the Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii, and Varsity College.

He said he believes that Heritage Academy “will serve to be an incubator for credible, creative, competent godly leaders in the city and in the nation”.
