Hilton College boy to tour Malaysia

2012-04-04 00:00

MICHAEL Greig, in Grade 10 at Hilton College, has booked his ticket for Malaysia after catching the eye of the national U16 squash selectors.

Greig represented KwaZulu-Natal at the recent SA Schools’ Squash Tournament, and impressed the wise men to the extent of being selected for the SA Schools’ U16 squash team that will tour Malaysia next month.

Greig is also very handy with a hockey stick, but squash is a big focus and while in Grade 8 he also represented South Africa at U14 level.

Although he has two more years at school ahead of him, Greig is already the number one squash player at Hilton College — a considerable achievement.
