2013-11-15 00:00

SOUTH Africans Against Drunk Driving (Sadd) will today be commemorating World Remembrance Day in honour of those who died in road accidents.

The commemoration will be held at Mountain Rise Primary School at 2 pm.

Sadd director Charlotte Sullivan said they have invited more than 60 people, including paramedics because they are in the forefront of traumatic accidents on a daily basis.

On Sunday, the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims will be celebrated for the 20th year running.

Sullivan said they will be joining a big celebration in Durban this weekend.
