Hosts Bulls lose at Craven Week

PRETORIA – Hosts Blue Bulls suffered a second defeat at the 2008 Coca-Cola Under-18 Craven Week yesterday, going down 34-12 against Western Province. The SWD Young Eagles, meanwhile, remained on course for a place in Saturday’s main game with a convincing 30-13 win over the Pumas.

In other action, Griquas Country Districts scored a one-sided win over Border Country Districts, EP Country Districts scored 17 unanswered points in the second half to beat Limpopo, and Boland crossed Namibia’s tryline six times in an entertaining second half to secure a deserved victory.
