THE Junior Intertown Tennis Tournament between Durban and Pietermaritzburg takes place on Sunday at Kershaw Park.

There are U13 and U17 girls’ and boys’ teams with each team comprising six players.

The number one in the Pietermaritzburg boys’ U13 team is Ferdie Luttig with Rachel Barnard heading the U13 girls’ line-up. The number one in the U17 boys’ side is Graham van Heerden with Monica Gorny leading the U17 girls’ team.

Each player will play a singles and a doubles match. The Pietermaritzburg teams have Dale Michau as their manager. The tie at Kershaw Park starts at 9 am, with players expected at the courts at 8.30 am. Players with queries must phone Hilary Greenwood at 082 553 2971.
