Other participating schools joining Kearsney are St Stithians (Gauteng), Grey College (Bloemfontein), Selborne College (East London)and local KwaZulu-Natal sides Westville and Clifton.

Organiser Anthony Willows said that while the tournament was based at Kearsney, courts at Highbury and St Mary’s would also be used for some of the matches.

The finals will take place at Kearsney’s courts on Sunday from 8 am.

The festival has become a highlight on the national schools tennis calendar.
