ARTISTS are invited to take part in two workshops, hosted by Terri Broll and Louise Hall at Kwanyoni in Hilton.

The skills-based sessions will focus on enhancing, deepening and maintaining creativity, and will be of interest to both visual and performing artists, as well as writers.

Meeting the Challenge of Creat-ivity, is the title of the first workshop on January 31. It will focus on the challenges involved in putting creativity into practice.

Participants will learn to understand issues such as avoidance, anxiety and procrastination, and achieve a working knowledge of their own relationship to creativity.

On March 7, the workshop is Showing Up: Learning to Sustain Artistic Production. It will focus on particular techniques of self-management that will enable participants to move into creative action, keep work flowing and maintain ongoing production.

Both workshops run from 9 am to 4.30 pm and the cost for each one is R490, which includes lunch and refreshments.

To book a place or for more information contact Terri at or phone 083 477 5599 or Louise at or phone 082 922 8881.
