Mynah's tour goes major at Kearsney

THE popular Kingsmead Mynahs’ three-day tournament, showcasing U11 cricketing talent in the province, kicks off at Kearsney College, Botha’s Hill, on Friday.

The Jonnsons Workwear Twenty/20 has some of the top primary schools’ U11 teams and three sponsored teams from the KZNCU taking part. It will run over three days, until Sunday.

Participating teams are the Highbury Hurricanes,

the Thomas More Titans, the Hillcrest Hot Shots, the HCA Pinch Hitters, the Kloof Cobras, the Westville Warriors, the Northlanders, the Chelsea Lions, the DPHS Dragons, the St Charles Strikers, the Glenwood Hoppers, the Umgeni Mambas, the Durban Central Tigers, the Durban North Cubs, the Umhlali Dolphins and the Winston Park Pythons, as well as two new teams, the Crawford Kings XI from North Coast and the Pelham Panthers from Pietermaritzburg.
