PMB museum teams up with East Coast Radio

2011-06-07 00:00

THE Msunduzi/Voortrekker Museum in Langalibalele Street is working with East Coast Radio for this year’s Winter Warmth campaign.

The museum will be one of the drop-off points in Pietermaritzburg this year for blanket collection. Drop-offs can be made daily between 9 am and 4 pm at the Voortrekker Memorial Church until July 4.

The campaign is looking for new blankets which do not have to be expensive.

Sane Dhlamini, marketing intern at the museum, said: “The community is asked to keep in mind the homeless and less fortunate this winter; a small contribution like a simple blanket can make a difference”. For further inquires contact Sane Dhlamini at 033 394 6835.
