Pirates on a roll

2015-02-28 00:00

CAPE TOWN — Orlando Pirates are unbeaten in 2015 and the Buccaneers will be looking to extend their winning streak in the Premiership against Polokwane City at Orlando Stadium.

Pirates are only one place and four points ahead of fifth-placed Rise and Shine in the standings, but will be looking to take advantage of the defensive frailties that saw City ship four goals against SuperSport United in the Nedbank Cup.

A push for the title seems unrealistic for the Sowetan side, who are 15 points behind bitter rivals Kaizer Chiefs at the top of the table.
