Police want help in identifying body

POLICE are asking for assistance in identifying the body of an unknown man who was killed in an accident on December 10 on the Georgedale Road in Cato Ridge.

Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Joey Jeevan said the man, who is about 70 years old, was known by the community only as “Sukude”.

“He is of medium build, dark in complexion and about 1,5 metres in height. He is partially bald with a patch of grey hair. He was wearing a pair of black long pants and a grey T-shirt,” said Jeevan.

Anyone who can help to identify the man or provide the whereabouts of his next-of-kin should call Detective Constable Elvis Ntshangase of the Camperdown Detective Services at 031 785 9026 or 073 927 3181.
