JOHANNESBURG — IFK Gothenburg could be tempted to sell South African midfielder May Mahlangu if an offer of around R8,8 million is submitted, according to Swedish reports.

According to the Soccer-Laduma website, It was reported by British paper the Daily Mail yesterday that the likes of West Bromwich Albion and Glasgow Celtic were all interested in landing the dynamic midfielder, though Gothenburg’s sporting director has insisted that it’s just rumours for now.

Mats Gren also explained that, as the 25-year-old only signed a one-year deal at the start of the season, the club are already prepared for his possible exit when his contract expires.
