Powerball: Cool R70 mln to be won

2010-02-05 00:00

TODAY’S PowerBall Jackpot is estimated at a cool R70 million.

National Lottery operator Gidani spokeswoman Thembi Tulwana said winning a R70 million jackpot would accomplish more than just a superficial change in someone’s life.

“This week’s jackpot is a reminder that with PowerBall, players can have the convenience to amass great wealth instantly.”

Tulwana said the R70 million jackpot gives punters who are philanthropists at heart a chance to realise their aspirations of uplifting the communities they live in.

Today’s jackpot is a culmination of 20 rollovers that have seen the jackpot building up progressively since November last year.
