Reward: Cops hunt Mkhize’s killers

POLICE are offering R100 000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killers of ANC regional leader Wandile Mkhize.

“A white Toyota Tazz/Conquest was seen fleeing Forest Road in Margate shortly after the shots were fired,” said provincial police spokesperson Colonel Vincent Mdunge.

“It is alleged that the suspects were travelling in this car.”

Mkhize was shot dead when he arrived home after attending the ANC policy conference in Gauteng.

“Investigations are headed by a team led by Lieutenant-Colonel Msizi Nyuswa of the Port Shepstone Hawks,” said Mdunge.

Anyone who has information is requested to call the investigating officers, Warrant Officer Gideon “Kasie” Carstens at 039 688 2300 or 071 481 2742 or Lieutenant-Colonel Msizi Nyuswa at 082 411 6024.
