TWO Grange men have been injured following a house robbery in White Road on Tuesday night.

Exon Marafu (31) was stabbed in the shoulder and Tinashe Usaigwa (27) sustained an open wound to his forehead.

Police said the men, together with a 19-year-old woman who was at their house, were confronted by three unknown men. One of the men produced a firearm and the other two produced knives and demanded money.

When the victims told the robbers that they did not have money, they were assaulted with firearms and one victim was stabbed on his right shoulder. They then tied them up with a rope and forced them to lie under the bed.

Police said the robbers ransacked the house and took three televisions, four cell phones, a microwave and a home theatre system valued at about R11 600 before fleeing.

Its is believed that the men gained entry through an open lounge window.
