2010-05-19 00:00

MUSIC fans will be treated to an array of South Africa’s best entertainers during this year’s Royal Show from May 28 to June 6.

Piet Koen, Di Ossewa, Arno Jordaan and Lee Vaughn will provide an afternoon of Afrikaans music under the banner of Radio Sonder Grense on May 30.

The “student” concert on June 4 will feature Watershed, Wonderboom, the City Bowl Mizers and Ryan Calder Band.

The Eastern Extravaganza and Bhangra has been carefully choreographed by Tansen Nepaul and will be hosted by Radio Hindvani on June 5.

The Royal Show will end with a bang as Ukhozi FM celebrates its 50th anniversary with the annual Ukhozi Cares Concert. Tens of thousands are expected to attend the gig, and some proceeds will go to charity.
