Scooter racing a hit

2012-05-30 00:00

MEGAFORCE Scooters staged a scooters-only race, with eleven teams entering at the iDube raceway over the weekend. The only class to run the race was the fun class, which featured scooters of any size and shape.

The event saw four sprint races and one endurance race of 1,5 hours. Points were earned on index of performance, giving everyone a fair chance of winning.

In the competitive riding challenge, a rider for team “Sit Sit So” happened to lose control and part ways with his scooter, which carried on down the track .

The rest of the field were quite surprised to see the riderless scooter pass them down the hill!
