FAMILY and police are searching for missing pupil Samkelisiwe Amanda Sithole (20).

She was last seen at her grandmother’s house in Khanya Street in the Sobantu area at midday on Sunday, September 1, when she told her grandmother that she was going to school, but never returned home.

Her mother Nokwazi Sithole told The Witness that they spend sleepless nights not knowing where she is.

“It’s been months now but we still believe we will find her,” she said.

Sithole is a matriculant at Phindokuhle Academy in Boshoff street. She is described by her mother as having a “chubby build, medium in height, dark in complexion, with medium length black hair in an afro style”.

She was wearing a long cream skirt, a cream long-sleeved top and black and yellow pumps, and was carrying a brown bag.
