Service: phones to improve reporting

THE Infrastructure Services Business Unit of the Msunduzi Municipality has installed programmed council telephones at various out-lying municipal offices to improve fault reporting processes by residents. Telephones can be found at the following offices:

• A.S. Chetty Building (Ground Floor: 333 Church Street);

• Ashdown (813 Msimang Road);

• Ashburton (Corner of Old Main and Wally Haywood Roads);

•Edendale Municipal Depot (Southerland Road);

•Imbali GEDI (Corner of FJ Sithole and Southerland Roads);

•Imbali Unit BB (Willowfountain Road);

•Truro Hall (Corner of Bombay and Khan Roads — next to Councillor Naidoo’s office)

The public is encouraged to make use of these phone lines to report faults relating to electricity, water, sanitation and other services.
