'Superdance in SA' auditions in Durban

2009-08-03 00:00

THE search is on for smouldering couples with fancy footwork to compete in e.tv’s new reality dance show, Superdance South Africa.

Moving to the rhythmic beat of Latin music, the pairs will contend for the chance to share the floor with the top five Latin dance couples at the World Dance Event in Cape Town in September.

Amateurs and professionals can audition in Durban on August 13 before a panel of internationally and locally recognised judges. They are looking for couples who ignite the dance floor with their sensual samba, ramba, pasa doble, cha-cha and jive routines.

The top 14 selected duos will compete in the elimination rounds. The winners will whirl away with a performance at the World Dance Event and a prize of R20 000. Visit www.etv.co.za
