Symphony In The City: Book now

2008-08-07 00:00

Discussing the upcoming Symphony In The City are Pearl Govender (liaison officer tourism) and Melanie Veness (director of Pmb Tourism).

The Symphony In The City takes place at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall on Friday, September 5.

To make it easier for the audience to purchase tickets, sales are being handled from the Tourism Offices at the Midlands Liberty Mall (shop 92 at entrance two). For more details contact Pearl on 033 342 4512, ticket prices range from R80 to R175.

The concert features the full KZN Philharmonic Orchestra, celebrating its 25th year of performing, as well as a 150-strong choir, including the Durban Symphony Choir, the Maritzburg Singers, and the choirs of Maritzburg College, Girls’ High and Epworth. Previous city hall events have been sold out, and early booking is therefore essential.
