The Reverend Moshe Rajuile (66) was crossing Langalibalele Street to catch a metered taxi to travel to his Hilton home when a minibus taxi knocked him down.

His sister, Dr Khanya Moshe, said, “He had travelled with his wife Nonkululeko (66) to Cape Town to visit his grandchildren, but on their return his wife took a flight to Johannesburg, while my brother travelled by a bus back to Pietermaritzburg.”

Rajuile was a principal of the Union Bible Institute, among other senior positions he held. He travelled around the world delivering lectures on different topics.

Khanya said Rajuile will be buried in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday morning. — WR.
