Teenager goes missing

2011-03-23 00:00

NQOBILE Jalies Mgwabe (19) of Falcon Road in Gandhi Nagar is missing.

He left home on February 17 and never returned.

His distraught mother has checked with friends and relatives but in vain.

On the day he left home Mgwabe was dressed in a blue T-shirt, black denim trousers and black “All Star” takkies.

He was carrying a pink and black bag.

Mgwabe is slender and tall and has a scar on his face.

It is believed that he may be in the Malakazi/Isipingo areas as he telephoned his mother from there about a week ago.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Ben Benmohan of the SA Police Force, Umzinto, at 039 974 6500.
