This week's online news and Internet buzz...

Bull Goes Berserk

Regional officials say 40 people were injured when a bull leapt into the packed grandstands of a Spanish bullring and ran amok.

Video shown on Spanish media outlets shows the bull jumping 10 metres from the ring into the stands causing panic as he lurched through the screaming crowd, charging and tossing everything he could.

The beast was brought under control after several minutes and later killed.

Roger Federer does William Tell

A grinning Roger Federer evaded questions this week about an online video where he appears to perform a ‘William Tell’ trick by hitting a can off the head of a man with his powerful serve.

The YouTube video, posted by Federer’s sponsors Gillette, went viral this week with more than three million hits to the official version of the clip.

Funny Priest Skateboarding

A Hungarian Roman Catholic priest has become a YouTube hit with his distinctive method of spreading the word on wheels.

The Reverend Zoltan Lendvai (45) believes skateboarding can open the way to God for young people.

The video is called Funny Priest Skateboarding.

Lendvai says he follows the ways of Saint John Bosco, an Italian priest and educator in the 19th century who dedicated his life to improving the lot of poor youngsters and used games as part of their education.

“Many times I have felt that this is the way I can bring many people a bit closer to Jesus,” he said.

He learned the skills of skateboarding at the age of 14 at school.
