HILTON College Theatre is playing host to the internationally renowned Drakensberg Boys’ Choir on November 26 at 7.30 pm.

Under the baton of Johann van der Sandt, the choir will present a concert, titled Noel, which will feature Vivaldi’s Gloria Excelsius Deo and Swedish composer Thomas Jennefelt’s Hosiana, an exciting arrangement of gospel singer Michael W. Smith’s Gloria, a gospel version of Joy To The World, a unique composition of Estmpi — making use of hand bells — and a host of well-known Christmas favourites, some of which encourage audience participation.

Tickets for the concert cost R70 (R60 concessions) and can be booked through the theatre at 033 383 0127.

The Hilton concert is one of three in the midlands being performed by the Drakensberg Boys’ Choir.
